四 | 请问中国使馆有何评论？ 答：菲防长特奥多罗信口雌黄，颠倒黑白，攻击抹黑中方。我们对此予以强烈谴责。 中方一贯奉行不干涉内政的原则，从未也没有兴趣干预菲律宾的内政。 南海问题不是中菲关系的全部，不应该让涉海争议定义两国关系。中方始终致力于通过对话协商妥善处理中菲涉海争议。然而，菲国内总有一小撮人试图制造矛盾、挑动中菲对抗。他们的所作所为与两国人民的共同愿望背道而驰，注定不会得逞。
